Crystal shader test. The bands of color come from varying the refractive index according to the color wavelength. In optics, this is called dispersion.
For NYFW 2013, we were asked to transform the 2014 Lexus IS into an interactive holographic work of art. The interactive installation allowed guests to engage with holograms projected inside the car with their mobile devices, creating entrancing animations and stunning graphics. The more people that connected, the more vibrant the holographic visuals became.
